Cancellation of Online Billing Services

  1. Monthly Subscriptions:

    • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date.
    • If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
  2. Annual Subscriptions:

    • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, to receive a prorated refund, cancellations must be made within 30 days of the start of the subscription.
    • If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, you will not receive a refund but will continue to have access to the service until the end of the subscription period.

Cancellation of Product Orders

  1. Physical Products:

    • If the product has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to obtain a refund.
  2. Digital Products:

    • Orders for digital products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
    • If the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund unless it is defective.

  • Product Orders: For physical products, if the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a confirmation email, and a refund will be processed within 7 business days. For digital products, you will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Exceptions

The following situations are exceptions to our cancellation policy:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "non-cancellable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Fully Rendered Services: Services that have been fully rendered and are functioning as described cannot be cancelled or refunded.
